Connection
The heater is supplied with a plug. Never use the
appliance with a damaged cable and/or plug, after the
heater
has not been working properly, or if it has been
damaged in whatever way.
The replacement of a cable and/or socket plug may
only be done by a qualified professional who is familiar
with the applicable requirements.
Installation
Keep the lamp at a sufficient distance from other
objects. The lamp should not be positioned in such a
way that it directly heats a wall or another wall.
If you install the appliance in a bathroom, you must
use the minimum statutory safety distances.
Installation on a wall:
Determine where you will install the appliance

and drill 2 holes in the wall in the correct
position. Push in the plugs.
Tighten the screws to 10 mm from the wall and
o
hang the appliance using the openings provided
on the rear side.
Operation
Using the control panel on the appliance:
a) Press 1 x on/off: The appliance activates. The
appliance only blows air at room temperature.
b) Press 2 x on/off: 1000W
c) Press 3 x on/off: 2000W
d) Press 4 x on/off: Stand-by.
e) Timer: Press a number of times until the
required time is set (max. 7 hours)
Using the remote control
The appliance should switched on before the remote
control can be used.
a) On/off: Turns the appliance on or off.
b) Low/high: 1000W/2000W
c) Timer: Press a number of times until the
required time is set (max. 7 hours)

The thermostat will automatically maintain your desired
room temperature.
Cleaning
We advise you to clean the appliance once a month
to remove dirt and dust. This is to allow the
appliance to operate efficiently and safely.
Always switch off the appliance and remove the plug
from the wall socket before you start to clean!
Clean the housing with a clean, soft and lightly
moistened cloth. Never clean the heating elements
nor the switches. Let everything dry thoroughly
before switching the heater on again. Do not use
wax or polishes as these can react with the heat and
affect the colour.
Do not touch the heating elements.
Save the box for storage during periods you are not
using the appliance. When being stored the
appliance should also be protected against dirt and
dust.
Guarantee
The guarantee period is 2 years and commences on
the date of purchase.
During the guarantee period Eltra NV will repair any
defects attributable to material or
production faults. Eltra NV may optionally either repair
or replace the defective appliance.
Eltra NV is not obligated to repair or replace units if the
defect is a result of damage, misuse, modification or
changes made after the date of purchase.
Bring the defective appliance, together with the original
receipt, back to the shop where the appliance was
bought.
Always include a note describing the problem.
Damage
ELTRA NV can under no circumstances whatsoever
be held responsible for damage of whatever nature if
the appliance was not correctly installed according to
the specified installation instructions, nor for damage
as a result of unforeseen circumstances such as
natural disasters,
lightning strike, etc. All such resulting costs are
consequently at the expense of the buyer and are not
covered by the guarantee conditions.
Used household appliance collection
The European Directive 2002/96/EC on waste
electrical and electronic equipment mandates that
used appliances are not allowed in the municipal
waste stream. Used appliances must be separately
collected for the optimal recovery and recycling of the
materials inside these appliances and to reduce the
impact on human health and the environment. All
these products are marked with a specific symbol to
remind of the obligations of waste separation
