ASSEMBLY
STEP 1: Cart
NOTE: This step requires two people to lift the grill and unfold the cart.
1. Have one person stand on the left side of the grill and another person stand on the right side
of grill. Then have each person hold the handle and lift the grill with one hand. When the grill
is fully unfolded and the side panels are straight, have each person place the crossbar into its
location with their other hand as shown in Fig. 1.
NOTE: Do not let go until the two crossbars are positioned onto the bolt as shown below. After
crossbars are in position, it is advised that you ensure that the spring pins have snapped into
place. This should have occurred as the side panels unfolded. These four spring pins help lock
the side panels in an upright position.
