Remove all the sterile parts from the pouches. Place the base of the chamber on the table and make sure it is
stable.
Preparing the lines to obtain 90mm Hg pressure in the artificial chamber:

19182 Artificial chamber base with 2 ports (one of which with a one-way
stopcock), chamber cover, and white screw

19181 Infusion tubing set consisting of one IV line with drip chamber, extension
tubing, and one short line with one-way stopcock and syringe
Short line
Attach the short line to the chamber (to the port without stopcock). Check that the
2 stopcocks are open.
Fill the syringe with the corneal storage medium or
physiologic solution (BSS or similar). Attach the syringe to
the short line. Place a finger on the top of the piston and
fill the line completely (from the short line to the end of the
chamber tubing). Close the chamber stopcock.
IV line
