HELPFUL TIPS

NEVER leave the appliance unattended while operating.
Always cut large pieces of food into smaller pieces of even size - about a half inch.
Do not overload the work bowl. Overloading will result
in inconsistent results and strains the motor.
You can add liquids such as water, oil, or flavoring. Make
sure to unplug the unit before doing so.
Occassionaly food will stick to the sides of the bowl when
chopping. Stop the machine to clear food away. MAKE SURE UNIT
IS UNPLUGGED and blade is not moving before doing so.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Please take care of your FOOD CHOPPER by following these simple instructions.
1.
Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
2.
Wash the bowl and blade assembly immediately after use (hand
wash only) and dry off with a cloth. Do not soak in water.
3.
Never put the appliance in a dishwasher.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Motor doesn't start or blade doesn't rotate:
Check that the plug is securely inserted into outlet.
Check that work bowl and cover are securely locked into place.
Make s ure to press the pulse button firmly.
Food is unevenly chopped:
Try cutting food into smaller, even-sized pieces.
Try processing smaller amounts of food per batch.
Food is chopped too fine or watery:
Food has been overprocessed. Use brief pulses, or process for a
shorter time. Let blade stop completely between pulses.
Food collects on work bowl cover or sides of prep bowl:
This is normal - turn off and when blade stops moving, clean the bowl
with a spatula or other utensil. Plug back in when cleared.
