4. TROUBLESHOOTING

The unit does not turn on, or the lamp does not emit
1. Check that the power cord firmly connected, the switch of the lamp is activated and
the LED indicator is switched on.
2. Check the unit fuse. To avoid electrical shock, disconnect the unit before doing this.
3. Make sure that the lamp is in good condition. The lamp could shut down completely
when the unit is in "Blackout" mode.
4. Some discharge lamps do not lit immediately after a power outage. Wait about 10
minutes to turn on the device.
5. The device could be overheated and thermal protected. Let it cool, verify that the site
where it is installed is well ventilated and that the vents are not blocked.

1. Press any of the CHASE buttons.
2. Press and release the Music/Bank-copy button. The
corresponding LED will turn on.
3. The sequence will now run according to the sound.
