2.2 PROTECTION FUSES
FUSES
Fuse1
Placed next to the power supply terminals 20 and 21
Fuse2
Placed at the board's centre next to the ON led
3. CONTROL UNIT PROGRAMMING
Programming must be performed with an inactive motor. Only the operations described in the procedures must be performed.
DO NOT activate the safety devices, manual or radio controls whether not directly required by the procedures themselves.
3.1 BASIC PROGRAMMING
The control unit is provided along with a basic programming which can be recovered at every time through the reset procedure.
Motor run time: 30 sec
Automatic closure: Excluded
Radio code: No transmitter memorized
3.1.1 RESET PROCEDURE
Programming must be performed with an inactive motor. Only the operations described in the procedures must be performed.
DO NOT activate the safety devices, manual or radio controls whether not directly required by the procedures themselves.
OPERATIONS
1. Switch on the control unit and place in ON position the dip 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
2. Place just the dip 10 and 9 in OFF. Leave the dip 6, 7, 8 in ON position.
3. When the TEST led starts flashing, replace the dip 6, 7, 8 in OFF position.
4. When the TEST led switches off, the reset procedure is over.
3.2 RADIO TRANSMITTERS' PROGRAMMING (QCTE/QCTSE2/QCTSE4)
The control unit can be controlled via radio and 63 radio codes can be memorized.
TRANSMITTERS' PROGRAMMING! When programming the transmitters, it is necessary to keep them at a 50 cm
distance from the control unit. This avoids the signal's disturb which can worsen the memorization and reduce the
radio range.
Control unit with integrated receiver
FUNCTION
Protects the board's electronic circuit.
It protects the 24 Vac input and output from
accidental overload and short circuit.
