INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL
This instruction manual must to be read in conjunction with the instruction
manual supplied with the appliance.
• Preparing the projector
Disconnect the Stage Color 1200 from
the mains and stand it on a flat, stable
surface, at a suitable height to be able
to work comfortably.
Position the head as shown in the fig-
ure. Then, use the levers (1 and 2) to
lock the Pan and Tilt movements, Red =
Locked, Green = Free.
Take the Stage Zoom 1200 effects kit
out of its packing and put it down on the
worktop.
• Opening the effects cover
Push the safety catch (3) with your thumb and at the same time pull the lever (4)
upwards with your index finger. Free the hook (5) and move it towards the outside of the
projector. Repeat these steps for the fixing on the opposite side of the appliance.
Unhook the spring clip (6) of the safety strap (7) and take the top cover (8) off the
projector by lifting it vertically.

• Opening the side cover
Open the side cover (9) on the same side as the pan-locking lever (2), loosen the
thumb screws (10) and lower the panel.

• Removing the lamp
Loosen the thumb screws (11) and remove the lamp to ensure it is not damaged
during subsequent operations.

• Disconnecting the motors
Disconnect the "D" connector (12), gripping it by its side lugs and pulling it in the
direction shown by the arrow, taking care not to stretch the wires.
