2. Ensure that the oven is unplugged and the timer is in the 'OFF' position before
proceeding to Step 3.

USING YOUR TOASTER OVEN:
The following adjustments are available to ensure perfect baking while using your
toaster oven.
•
Temperature: turn this dial between 210°F and 480°F for baking and broiling.
•
Timer: Turn the knob to run the oven for a specific period of time before auto-
matically turning off. The oven will 'ding' when the timer ends.
•
Baking tray: Use the baking tray for easy broiling or roasting meat, poultry, fish, or
other foods. It can also be used to catch drippings; pay close attention that the
drippings do not come into contact with the heating element (fire risk).
•
Tray handle: remains cooler to pick up the wire rack when the oven is heated. Use
suitable protection, such as hot pads, when reaching into a warm or hot oven.
WARNING: To avoid risk of burns and injury, do not touch surfaces when the oven is
in use or following use. Always use oven mitts and other suitable protection.
CAUTION: Always use extreme care when removing the baking tray, wire rack, or any
container or other item from the hot oven. Always use the handles and oven mitts
and/or other suitable protection when removing hot items from the oven.
CARE AND CLEANING FOR YOUR OVEN:
Before cleaning your oven, ensure that it is fully cooled and unplugged.
Your oven features a protective coating that 'self-cleans', or oxidizes splatterings while
the oven is in normal operation. Once the oven is cooled, feel free to wipe the oven
walls with a damp sponge, cloth, or non-metallic, non-abrasive scouring pad and
warm, soapy water or a non-abrasive, oven-specific cleaning product.
Wash any of the accessories in warm, soapy water; they are also dishwasher safe. The
oven door can be wiped with a damp slung and dried with a paper towel or cleaning
rag. Clean the outside of the oven with a damp sponge and do not spray any cleaning
products directly onto the oven.
DO NOT USE STEEL WOOL, SCOURING PADS, ABRASIVE/CORROSIVE CLEANERS, OR
SCRAPE THE WALLS USING ANY METALLIC OBJECT OR UTENSIL; THIS WILL DAMAGE
THE OVEN AND PROTECTIVE COATING.
