INTERNAL PROTECTIVE CHEEK PADS
The internal protective cheek pads not only provide protection but also provide the locking point for the internal sun visor.
To remove the visor they must therefore be removed.
6.1 Disassembly
Removal of the protective cheek pads can be performed without first removing the cheek supports or external cheek sections.
To remove the protective cheek pads it is sufficient to exert firm pressure in direction (X) until the flaps are fully disengaged (A and B) from the
relevant co-moulded housings in the protective polystyrene.
Before removing, slip off the strap from the relevant opening in the cheek pad itself, after moving it slightly to the inside of the helmet to facilitate
its exit.
6.2 Assembly
Fit the protective cheek pad by positioning it next to the protective polystyrene.
After inserting the strap in the relevant opening in the cheek pad, insert the flaps (A and B) into their respective housings in the protective
polystyrene. Exert firm pressure in direction (Y) until they are fully engaged.
During this operation make sure the strap is fully extracted and not wrinkling under the cheek pad (pull the strap with some force to ensure it
is extracted completely).
Make sure the profile of the protective cheek pad is lined up with the external cheek section on the helmet.

VISOR
The visor must be checked and cleaned regularly. The presence of dirt and/or deep scratches on the surface of the visor could cause
irregular light reflections or aberrations which decrease safety when driving. Replace the visor immediately if these defects are
present.
7.1 Operation
The visor must be controlled from the lower edge using its special attachments (A) when opening and closing. Avoid operating the visor in other
areas to prevent accidental damage (marks or scratches) or dirtying the visual field.
The SUOMY 3LOGY is equipped with a concealed sun visor which can slide along the cavity between the external shell and the polystyrene.
The mechanisms responsible for its attachment and rotation are embedded directly in the polystyrene via a process patented by SUOMY.
There is no intermediate locking point between the fully closed and fully open visor positions.
Operation must always be completed until the locking position is reached, which can be detected by a slight click during rotation. To unlock the
