Incorrect setting RPM of engine
Throttle cable is slack

Coil spring is fatigued
Excessive oil level in main body
Improper oil viscosity in main body
CORRECTION
Clean or replace.
Bleed air completely.
Refuel.

Retighten the fuel pipe joints and bleed air.
