All Swiss Diamond Premium Steel products are constructed of the
best 18/10 stainless steel. Swiss Diamond Premium Steel features
an industry leading extra thick impact bonded and induction
compatible encapsulated base. The encapsulated base contains
a specialized aluminum alloy that allows the heat to spread evenly
across the bottom of the cookware thus eliminating hot spots.
Premium Steel is a healthy and hygienic cookware range that you
will enjoy using every day.
Use & Care Instructions
If used in accordance with the guidelines below, Swiss Diamond
guarantees that all products are safe and do not contain injurious
materials or create harmful effects. Failure to follow these
instructions will void the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Before First Use:
Open cookware and discard packaging. Wash in
warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry. To prepare the pan
for healthy cooking, warm the pan over medium heat and coat the
cooking surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Allow the pan to
cool and wipe any excess oil with a paper towel. The pan is now
ready to sear and fry. Helpful hint: season food after searing, and flip
when fully sealed to ensure easy release from the stainless surface.
Use oven gloves or pot holders when handling hot pans.
Proper Utensils:
Silicone, wooden and nylon utensils are
recommended for Swiss Diamond cookware. Use metal utensils
with care as they may scratch the cooking surface. Never chop or
cut food in the pan. If using an immersion blender or electric beater,
do not touch the sides or bottom of the pan. Avoid knocking utensils
on the rims of the pans – to prevent spillage, wipe utensils with the
back of a spoon and place on a spoon rest.
Cooking Tip:
Remove ingredients from the refrigerator five to ten
minutes prior to cooking as ice-cold food is more likely to stick to a
warm pan. If using a gas stove, ensure that the flame is centered
