1.
Wir regulieren gerechtfertigte Beanstandungen innerhalb der Gewährleistungsfrist ab Erwerb
kostenfrei, nach unserer Wahl durch Reparatur oder Lieferung eines Ersatzproduktes. Voraussetzung
ist, dass unser Produkt ordnungsgemäß nach unserer Einbauanleitung eingebaut und gepflegt wurde.
2.
Um uns eine Problembehebung zu ermöglichen, bitte das komplette Gerät inklusive Batterien sowie
die Einbaurechnung zunächst auf eigene Kosten an uns übersenden. Nach Regulierung wird die Ware
frei Haus zurückgesandt.
3.
Darüber hinausgehende Ansprüche bestehen nicht, auch nicht für Aus- und Einbaukosten des Gerätes.
Eine etwaige Haftung unsererseits nach § 5 unserer Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen bleibt, bei
Vorliegen der dortigen Voraussetzungen, unberührt.
4.
Bei Schäden, die durch nicht sachgemäßen Einbau oder fehlerhafte, nachlässige oder gewaltsame Be-
dienung entstehen, erlischt der Gewährleistungsanspruch. Es besteht keine Haftung für Folgeschäden.

For use in a carport or garage: The distance between the car and the marten repellent device should not
exceed 3 metres to ensure that the car is in the effective range of the ultrasonic device. For optimum
protection we recommend using multiple units as this prevents acoustic shadows.

Attach the battery change reminder sticker (4) in a prominent place (e.g. in the vehicle's service book).

How the device works
This device uses ultrasound to repel martens from the engine compartment. Ultrasonic waves in the frequency
