GREEN SMOOTHIE
1 to 1 ½ cups fresh spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
(may substitute water)
½ cup fresh pineapple, cut
into pieces
½ cup mango, cut into pieces
1 banana
1 TBS ground flax seeds
Add milk then spinach to blender
jar and blend until smooth. Add
ground flax seeds and fresh fruit
and blend again. Garnish with
pineapple and a straw!
Makes 6 (1 cup) servings

4 cups orange juice
4 medium bananas, cut into 2 pieces
4 cups frozen whole strawberries
Place ingredients in blender in order
shown above. Cover; blend until
smooth or using the 30 second
smoothie button.
Substitute: Substitute orange juice
for apple juice
Makes 6 (1 cup) servings
