IMPORTANT SAFETY
RECOMMENDATION:
1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. Do not immerse appliance, cord or plug in
water or any other liquid.
3. Use it only with 220-240V/50Hz electrical
supply.
4. Unplug from power supply, when not in use,
before putting on or taking off parts, and
before cleaning.
5. Always switch mixer to "0" before removing
the plug. Remove by grasping the plug – do
not pull the cord.
6. Avoid contacting moving parts. Keep hands,
hair, clothing, spatulas and other utensils
away from the beater during operation.
7. Never use the unit with an extension cord,
when standing on a damp floor, or when the
unit or your hands are wet.
8. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a
table or worktop, or touch hot surfaces.
9. Never operate the unit with a damaged plug
or cord, or after it has been damaged or
dropped.
10. Never twist, kink or wrap the cord around
the appliance as this may cause the cord
insulation to weaken and split, particularly
where it enters the unit.
11. Do not place unnecessary strain on the
motor by beating mixtures which do not
allow the beaters/dough hooks to revolve
freely.
12. This appliance is for household use only, do
not use outdoors.
13. Close supervision is necessary when any
appliance is used by or near children.
14. Do not probe openings of the unit.
15. No attempt should be made to repair the
mixer by unauthorized personnel.
16. This unit has been permanently lubricated
and requires no further oiling.
17. This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
18. Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
19. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
20. Do not use longer than 10 minutes.

Before using your appliance for the first time,
clean the various accessories of your appliance
carefully.

HOW TO USE THE APPLIANCE.
INSERTING THE BEATERS/DOUGH HOOKS
•
Fit the mixer onto the stand by sliding the
front of the mixer onto the tab at the front
of the stand. Push down gently on the top of
the mixer to clip into the locking mechanism.

Push the tilt control button on the back of
the stand and tilt the mixer head back.
•
If using as a hand mixer, remove the mixer
head from the stand by pressing the mixer
release button.
•
Check that the speed switch is in the "0"
(OFF) position, then holding each beater/
dough hook by the stem, gently push into
the sockets on the underside of the unit. If
necessary, rotate the beaters/dough hooks
by hand until both lock firmly into place.
Looking at the underside of the unit, note
that the beater/dough hook with the gear
mechanism goes in the left-hand position.
Put the bowl in place.

Lower the mixer back into its horizontal
position by pushing the tilt control button.

When the beaters are firmly located, plug the
unit into a convenient 220-240Volt AC power
outlet.
Note: Beaters and dough hooks, the one with
gear can only be inserted into the socket with
graphics and the other one can only be inserted
into the other socket. The two beaters and two
dough hooks cannot be inserted in reverse.
MIXING
•
Once the mixture is in the bowl, select
the speed required by moving the speed
selector with your thumb. The speed may be
changed at any time – even while the mixer
is operating.
•
The driven bowl will rotate automatically for
hands-free operation.
•
To ensure all ingredients are thoroughly
mixed, use a spatula to scrape the sides of
the mixing bowl.
•
To prevent spattering, keep the beaters in
the mixture and always switch the mixer off
before lifting the beaters from the mixture.
Important:
To avoid unnecessary strain on the motor, do
not use mixer for any mixture in which the
beaters/dough hooks do not revolve freely.
REMOVING THE BEATERS/DOUGH HOOKS
Disconnect the unit from the power outlet. Raise
the mixer by pressing the tilt control button.
Push the beater/dough hook ejector button
down fully with the thumb, unlocking and
ejecting both beaters/dough hooks.
MIXING GUIDE
SPEED

and dry foods such as flour, butter and
potatoes.

Turbo

CAUTION:
1. After 10 minutes continuous use, allow a few
minutes rest before next use.
2. Do not operate more then 10 minutes at one
time.
USING YOUR BLENDER
Before the first use, clean the blender according
to the section of "cleaning".
The time running unit without load can't exceed
15s. Max operation duration under high speed
per time cannot exceed 1 minute, and 1 minute
rest time must be maintained at two consecutive
cycles.
Important: Blades are very sharp, handle
with care. Ensure that the hand-held blender
is unplugged from the power outlet before
assembling or removing attachments.
1. First pull the door upwards and then hold
it in the upper most position while turning
in anticlockwise direction the blending rod
until tightened. For detaching blending rod,
the ejector button is inactivated, just turning
the blending rod in clockwise direction and
the door would be released automatically.
2. Simply plug the hand-held blender to power
outlet.
3. Dial the speed selector to blending setting
Lower the blending rod into food and
depress the turbo button of the motor unit.
4. To stop the hand-held blender by releasing
the turbo button of the motor unit.
HOW TO CLEANING
Warning: Blades are very sharp, handle with
care.
1. Unplug the appliance.
2. Wash beaters/dough hooks in hot, soapy
water, or in your dish-washer. Wipe the mixer
body only with a slightly damp cloth. DO
NOT PLACE THE MIXER BODY IN WATER. Do
not use harsh abrasives.
3. On completion of using your appliance it is
strongly recommended that you clean the
accessories immediately. This will remove
any clinging food from the accessories.
Preventing bath drying out of the residue
food. Making cleaning easier and the
possibility of bacterial growth.
