ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turn off water at the supply
valve under the sink or at the
main water supply, disconnect
the supply line, and remove old
faucet.
Verify that the hole sizes and
positions in the wall are correct.
2. Connect water supplies to left
(hot) and right (cold) valve body
inlets. Connect tub spout using
1/2" pipe and ninety degree
elbow. Thread sealant my be
required depending on you
installation method.
Note: All plastic components must
be removed if the installation
involves heat such as soldering
with a torch. Failure to remove
plastic components voids your
warranty.
3. PRESSURE TESTING:
Install a 1/2" iron pipe plug (not
included) on both shower and
tub outlets. Turn hot and cold
valve stems to full "on" position
and check connections for leaks.
Turn stem to "OFF". Slowly
remove pipe plugs from shower
and tub outlets.
IMPORTANT: Complete valve replacement is required for this
tub/shower unit. An access hole must be cut with enough room
to install the new tub/shower valves inside the wall. Professional
installation is recommended.
CAUTION: Do not use PEX tubing for pipe from the valve to the
tub spout.

4. FOR SHOWER HEAD
INSTALLATION
Insert the long end of the
shower arm (1) through the
flange (2), and wrap thread
sealant tape (not included)
around the long end of the
shower arm threads (1) in a
clockwise direction, as shown.
Install the long end of the
shower arm (1) into the pipe
elbow inside the wall. Attach the
showerhead (3) to the shower
arm (1). Carefully tighten the
shower arm (1) and shower-
head (3). Do not overtighten.
5. FOR TUB SPOUT
INSTALLATION
Thread spout onto threaded
connection clockwise until the
spout becomes flush with the
finished wall.
6. Install escutcheon onto valve
then screw in escutcheon and
install handle assembly.
