This leaflet is an addendum to the user instructions for fall arrest harnesses and work positioning systems. Please refer
PRODUCT:
Full body harness complete with dorsal and sternal anchorage point, a central suspension point in accordance with
EN813 and 2 lateral attachment points for work positioning in accordance with EN358.
APPLICATION:
Work at height, rope access and rescue.
MATERIALS:
Webbing: Polyester
PRODUCT LIFE TIME:
The average product life time of this PPE is estimated at 5 years (for occasional usage) and 3 years (for regular usage).
INSPECTION:
Before using this product for the first time, it is recommended that the user test the suspension function of the harness
in a safe situation in order to ensure that the belt and leg straps are the right size and that they fit correctly and
are suitably comfortable for the planned works.
FITTING THE ROPAX:

INSTALLING A FALL ARREST DEVICE ONTO THE ROPAX:
A fall arrest device should only be connected to an appropriate anchorage point. The ROPAX has two fall arrest anchorage
points: Dorsal anchorage point (photo 5) and the Sternal anchorage point (photo 6). The anchorage points are identified

by a label with the markings « A » and an arrow.

to the other user instructions manual supplied with this product for further information.
Step into the ROPAX harness before connecting leg and shoulder straps
Tighten the left and right waist belt straps for a comfortable fit (photo 1)
Connect the leg straps and adjust to fit (photo 2).
Connect the shoulder straps to the sit harness by passing the karabiner through both webbing loops (photo 3)
Adjust the shoulder straps for a comfortable fit (photo 4).
