2 Unplug the appliance before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
3 Don't leave the appliance unattended while plugged in.
4 If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent, or someone similarly qualified, to avoid hazard.
U Steam will escape from the vent – keep away.
5 Sit the appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
6 Don't use accessories or attachments other than those we supply.
7 Don't use the appliance for any purpose other than those described in these instructions.
8 Don't use the appliance if it's damaged or malfunctions.
C THE CARAFE IS INSULATED
1 This means you can enjoy fresh, hot coffee anywhere in the home or garden.
2 To prevent heat loss by evaporation, we've fitted a screw-on lid.
3 To open the spout for pouring, press the lever at the rear of the lid (w).
4 To remove the lid, turn it to align the ) with the U(.
5 Rinse the carafe with hot water, to prewarm it, so it doesn't take heat from the coffee.
6 Replace the lid in the same position, then turn it to align the ) with the L(.
C SWITCH ON
7 Put the plug into the power socket. The display will light up.
, The appliance will beep on every action.
8 If you don't touch the controls for 1 minute, the lights will go out, to save electricity.
9 Press any button to wake the appliance.
