Shut-off Seal
1. Push PRV dial forward to release tank pressure (Figure 1).
2. Unscrew nozzle base from front of sprayer by turning counter-clockwise (Figure 2).
3. Remove seal from poppet (Figure 3).
4. Wipe away dirt and debris on seal or poppet and flush with water.
5. Inspect seal surfaces for damage and lubricate with petroleum jelly.
6. Reinstall seal onto poppet.
7. Reinstall nozzle base onto front of sprayer by turning clockwise until snug.

Pump Gasket
1. Remove pump from tank as described in Finish section.
2. Inspect gasket for dirt/debris or damage.
3. Without removing gasket from pump, wipe away any
dirt or debris with cotton swab and flush with
water (Figure 4).
Check Valve
1. Remove check valve from end of pump barrel (Figure 5).
2. Wipe away dirt and debris using cotton swab and flush with water
(Figure 6).
3. Inspect seal surfaces for damage and lubricate with petroleum jelly.
4. Push check valve stem into hole at end of pump barrel to reinstall
(Figure 7).
