Before starting and using the equipment, please read this instruction manual.
FOR YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY
Please take care and follow the instructions on the name plate for the type of product since:
Models 50189 - 95261 – 95262 must only be supplied with BUTANE G30 gas or PROPANE G31 gas with pressure
normalised at 30 mbar for butane and 37 mbar for propane.
The equipment and gas bottle must be placed on a flat surface and protected against wind and ensure there are no
inflammable materials in the vicinity.
Protect the gas bottle from sunlight.
The gas bottle must not be kept in the home, in places where there is little or no ventilation, or in underground
spaces.
CAUTION: do not move the equipment during operation or while it is still hot.
Any damaged gas connection pipes or leaky pipes must be immediately replaced, and the pipes must not be used and
replaced when the expiry date printed on these has expired.
The flexible pipes must not be stretched, pulled or blocked and must not be in contact with hot surfaces.
Maintenance and repair works must only be carried out by qualified or authorised personnel.
Any modifications or tampering with the equipment could be dangerous.
Be very careful while cooking with the equipment at high temperatures.
It is recommended to keep the gas bottle well away from the equipment during operation.
THIS EQUIPMENT MUST ONLY BE USED OUTDOORS.
The amount of air required for combustion is 2,0 m³/h for each KW of heat exchange rate installed.
CAUTION: EXPOSED PARTS ARE VERY HOT DURING OPERATION SO PLEASE KEEP THE EQUIPMENT OUT OF THE
REACH OF CHILDREN
IF YOU SMELL GAS:
Close the gas valve on the equipment;
Turn the open flame off;
If the smell continues please contact your gas utility supplier.

INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT
The equipment can be positioned on any support surface in compliance with the following prescriptions:
The support must be able to withstand temperatures of at least 80 °C.
The side walls must be at least 20 mm from the sides of the equipment.
