Place the fryer cage on top of the cast iron grate. It will fit securely when
placed correctly. Then insert the fryer bin into the fryer cage.

Unfold the fryer basket handle and push the handle to lock it into place. Put
the fryer basket into the fryer bin. Place the lid on to the bin and the ther-
mometer into the lid's slot to complete the fryer assembly setup.
