5. Operation

5.1 Preparing for use

1. Slowly open the valve of the oxygen cyl-
inder. Do not turn the valve more than
one turn to the left.
The contents gage
cylinder pressure.
2. If necessary, calculate the amount of ox-
ygen left in the cylinder (see "5.5 Calcu-
lating contents " page 30), to ensure that
the connected devices can operate long
enough.

5.2 Setting flow

Fixed pressure reducer (Fix)
The flow rate is fixed and cannot be altered.
Variable pressure reducer (Fast)
Set the desired flow (outlet volume) with the
adjuster knob . You can read the set value
