Alle Arbeiten nur durch geschulte Fachkräfte aus-
führen!
Eine einwandfreie Funktion ist nur dann gewährleistet,
wenn die Wartungseinheit in regelmässigen Abständen
überprüft wird, das Kondenswasser abgelassen und mit
harz- und säurefreiem Oel nachgefüllt wird.
Der Oelnebler ist so einzustellen, dass 50 mm³ Oel
pro m³ Luft der Druckluft zugeführt wird (1 Tropfen
= 15 mm³).
Der Auslenkmechanismus ist sehr wartungsarm, er
braucht keinen regelmässigen Service. Der Luftmotor ist
das einzige Teil das regelmässig gewartet werden muss.
Er kann daher sehr einfach ausgetauscht werden.
Wichtig:
Bei Problemen mit dem Auslenkechanismus, ist das
Werkzeug an WESTEC zu retournieren.
Immer nur Original-Ersatzteile verwenden.
Austausch des Luftmotors 007
(siehe Montagezeichnung)
- 2 Schrauben SW5 (012) lösen.
- Luftmotor (007) herausziehen
- Neuer oder revidierter Luftmotor hineinschieben.
- Schraube SW5 (012) festziehen.
Wartung des Luftmotors
Bei Nachlassen der Leistung, nach ca. 800 bis 1'000 Be-
triebsstunden, sind die Rotorschieber (Lamellen) und
Lager auf Verschleiss zu prüfen und gegebenenfalls
auszutauschen.

tungsanleitung.

Maintenance
All maintenance work must be carried out by quali-
fied personnel only!
To assure a proper functioning you must check regularly
filter, oiler and water-separator. Drain condensed water
and top up with oil free of resin and acid.
The oiler must be set so that 50 mm³ oil per m³ air are
added to the compressed air (1 drop = 15 mm³).
The compliance mechanism is very rugged and requires
no regular service. The only component that requires
regular maintenance is the air motor. Therefore it can
be exchanged very easily.
Important:
In case of problems with the compliance mechanism
return the tool to WESTEC
Use original spare parts only.
Exchanging the air motor 007
(see assembly drawing)
- Untighten 2 screws (012), 5 mm AF
- Remove the air motor (007).
- Fit the new or repaired air motor into sleeve.
- Tighten screw (012), 5 mm AF.
Maintenance of air motor
If you notice a drop of performance, after approximately
800 to 1'000 h of operation, then you must check the
rotor blades and bearings of the air motor for wear.
Replace if necessary.
