1 Composition of the kit
The 300 mbar kit includes:
- A double A class valve fitted with an adjustable pressure drop and
regulator,
- A minimum gas pressure switch with automatic retriggering preset
to 150 mbar,
- A maximum gas pressure switch with manual reset preset to 50
mbar,
- Gas filter,
- 2 3/4" flanges,

The unit is precabled according to the schematic below.
2 Assembly and
electrical connection
2.1 Mounting

Screw the 1"
3/4" reduction unit + flange to the end of the
boiler's gas supply pipe. Use a suitable leak proofing product.

Fit the double valve to the flange, respecting the gas flow
direction. An arrow which can be seen on the valve body should
point towards the boiler).

Secure using the 2 nuts.

1 Samenstelling van de
set
De set 300 mbar omvat:
- Een dubbele klep van klasse A, voorzien van een
weerstandsverlies en een reduceerventiel die beide instelbaar
zijn,
- Een minimum gaspressostaat met automatische ontkoppeling die
vooraf is afgesteld op 150 mbar,
- Un maximum gaspressostaat met handmatige reset die van
tevoren is afgesteld op 50 mbar,
- Gasfilter,
- 2 flenzen 3/4",

Het geheel is voorbekabeld volgens onderstaand schema.
2 Montage en elektrische
aansluiting
2.1 Montage

Schroef de gehele reductie 1"
van de gastoevoerleiding van de verwarmingsketel. Gebruik een
geschikt afdichtingsmiddel.

Monteer de dubbele klep op de flens en denk daarbij om de
richting waarin het gas stroomt. De op het klephuis zichtbare pijl
moet naar de ketel wijzen).

Bevestig het geheel met behulp van de 2 moeren.
