Dismounting may only be carried out by specialised personnel. Please make
sure that the shutdown procedures are strictly observed before the dismounting
is started. Make sure to include also the components integrated into the
welding system.
DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up.
For the entire duration of maintenance, servicing, dismounting and repair
work, the following instructions must be adhered to:
• Close off the shielding gas supply.
• Switch off the power supply.
• Switch off the entire welding system.
NOTICE
• Observe the information given in section 9 Putting out of operation on
page EN-12.
1 Close off the shielding gas supply.
2 Switch off the power supply.
3 Switch off the entire welding system.
4 Remove the connecting cable from the power supply unit (24V).
5 Remove the shunt and the connecting cable.
Solution
• Inlet pressure too low (<1.0 bar).
• Check gas supply.
• If both diodes are still lit: Verification by
specialised personnel
• Check gas hoses for correct connection.
• Verification by specialised personnel, if
necessary
• EWR is off.
• Switch on the EWR
• Check the power supply
• Check the power supply unit and replace it, if
necessary.
