Ground Beef
Empanadas
Ingredients:
•
1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil
•
4 oz ground beef
•
1/4 tsp salt
•
Pinch of ground pepper
Steps:
•
Heat oil in sauté pan over medium heat.
•
Brown the ground beef.
•
Season with salt and pepper.
•
Add olives, raisins and onions.
•
Add the tomato puree.
•
Simmer for 10 minutes.
•
Allow to cool before filling your empanada.
•
Follow the steps to make empanadas using the included plastic sheet
(PRE-CUT DOUGH).
•
Serve and enjoy!
Note: Recipe makes aprox 10 -11 batches
