Empanadas
Ingredients:

4 tomatoes
•
1 bunch basil leaves
•
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
•
1/4 cup olive o
Steps:
Dice the tomatoes.
•
Chop basil leaves.
•
Put tomatoes and basil in a mixing bowl.
•
Add olive oil, garlic and salt. Mix well.
•
Spread little bit of the pesto in the center of the empanada dough.
•
Fill your empanada with your mixture.
•
Follow the STEPS TO MAKE EMPANADAS USING THE INCLUDED
PLASTIC SHEET (PRE-CUT DOUGH).

Serve and enjoy!
