GF N 1. INTRODUCTION Safety overheating system (optional) The GFN is a new cast-iron boiler that burns solid fuel (coke and wood) or oil (with optional kit). The boiler shell is composed of parts assembled with nipples. The pro- file of these parts has been specially designed and the optimal division of the fins provides high heat efficiency, high heat output and considerable energy savings. -

GF N 3. INSTALLATION To install and run the boiler properly, you need to bear in mind the following basic points: The characteristics and size of the boiler room must comply with current regulations. The plumbing installation, whether open or closed, must include all the necessary safety elements required by these regulations. -

GF N fig. 4 4. OPERATION Set the thermostat draught control knob on the required tem perature. To prevent condensation in the firebox, it is advisable to set the control knob onto 60°C; the ideal thing would be to set it on 80°C and adjust the heating water temperature with the mixer valve. Fill the firebox with combustible material (paper and wood) and, once there is a good bed of fire and embers, add small and medium pieces of coke: once ignited, the boiler operates automatically. -

INSTALLAZIONE Per una corretta installazione e conduzione della caldaia, è necessario tener presenti i seguenti pun ti essenziali: Il locale caldaia deve avere caratteristiche e di mensioni rispondenti alla vigente nor mativa. L'installazione idraulica, sia a vaso chiuso che aperto, deve essere completa di tutti gli organi di sicurezza ne- cessari e previsti dalla stessa normativa. -

Nel solo caso in cui alla caldaia venga abbinato un bruciatore Ferroli, entro 30 giorni dalla messa in servizio il Cliente può richiedere ad un Centro di Assistenza autorizzato il primo controllo gratuito. In questo caso i 2 anni di garanzia decorrono sempre dalla data di consegna ma sullo scambiatore principale della caldaia viene esteso un ulteriore anno di garanzia (quindi 3 anni). - Página 13 GF N 1. GF N 3. INSTALLATION Pour une correcte installation de la chaudière il est nécessaire de se tenir aux prescriptions suivantes: Les dimensions de la chaufferie doivent répondre aux normes en vigueur. L'installation hydraulique soit a vase ouvert que ferme doit être complète de toutes sécurité prévues par la norme en vigueur. -

Pour éviter des problèmes de condensation dans la chambre de combustion il est conseille de régler le bouton de régulation au moin à 60°C. Pour une installation optionale il est conseille de fixer la température à 80°C et régler la température de l'eau chauffage avec une vanne melangeuse. -

GF N 6 Monter les 2 vis spéciales «3» sur le côté gauche en utilisant la clé spéciale fournie dans le kit. 7 Monter la porte pour brûleur à gazole fournie dans le kit. Fixer avec 2 écrous «2» à la vis «3». 8 Insérer la sonde thermostat et la sonde thermomètre du nouveau panneau de commande dans le collier sur l’élément en fonte. -

INSTALLATION Für eine korrekte Installation und Bedienung des Kessels müssen die folgenden wesentlichen Punkte unbedingt beachtet werden: Beschaffenheit und Größe des Kesselraums müssen den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen entsprechen. Bei der Wasserinstallation - sowohl mit geschlossenem als auch mit offenem Ausdehnungsgefäß - müssen alle erforderlichen, und von denselben gesetzlichen Bestimmungen vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitseinrichtungen vorgesehen werden. -

GF N Abb. 4 4. BETRIEBSANLEITUNG Den Drehgriff des Thermostat-Zugreglers auf den gewünschten Temperaturwert einstellen. Um Kondensatbildung in der Brennkammer zu vermeiden, empfiehlt es sich, den Regeldrehgriff auf 60°C einzustellen; optimal wäre eine Einstellung auf 80°C und Regulierung der Heizwassertemperatur mittels Mischventil. -

Para evitar que se forme condensación en la cámara de combustión, se aconseja colocar el mando de regulación, como mínimo, a 60°C, aunque, si es posible, es mejor colocarlo a 80°C. -

INSTALAÇÃO Para uma correcta instalação e operação da caldeira, é necessário ter presente os seguintes pontos essen- ciais: O local da caldeira deve ter características e dimensões em conformidade com as normas em vigor. A instalação hidráulica, quer em sistema fechado quer aberto, deve ser equipada com todos os órgãos de se- gurança necessários e previstos nas mesmas normas. -

Para evitar a formação de condensação na câmara de combustão, é aconselhável colocar o manípulo de regu- lação em 60°C; a disposição óptima seria colocá-lo em 80°C e regular a temperatura da água de aquecimento mediante uma válvula misturadora. -
