SPORTY MODE
1. Use joggle wheel to select SPORTY mode and press ENTER to confirm
(Drawing 8).
2. In Sporty mode, there are 4 types to choose. user can rotate joggle wheel
to select from SPORTY 1 to SPORTY 4
and press ENTER to confirm (Drawing 9).
3. Use joggle wheel to preset workout TIME.
4. Press START/STOP button to start workout. Use joggle wheel to adjust
load level.
5. Press START/STOP button to pause workout. Press RESET to reverse
to main menu.

CARDIO MODE
1. Use joggle wheel to select CARDIO mode (Drawing 10) and press ENTER
to confirm.
2. Rotate joggle wheel to input your AGE (Drawing 11) and confirm
by ENTER button.
3. Use joggle wheel to select CARDIO 55 (Default:106), CARDIO 75 (Defaul-
t:145), CARDIO 90 (Default:174)
and CARDIO TAG (Default:100). Press ENTER to confirm.
4. Use joggle wheel to preset workout TIME. Press START/STOP button
to start workout.
5. When select CARDIO TAG mode, user need preset Target PULSE by joggle
wheel.
6. After 6 seconds without pulse input, LCD will display "PULSE INPUT"
to reminder user (Drawing 12).
When no pulse input for 30s, console will stop to work.

WATT MODE
1. Use joggle wheel to select WATT mode (Drawing 13) and press ENTER
to enter.
2. The default value 120 is flashing in WATT window waiting for an adjustment
(Drawing 14). Rotate joggle wheel UP or DOWN to adjust WATT values and
confirm by ENTER.
3. Use joggle wheel to preset workout TIME. Press START/STOP button
to start workout.
4. Load level will be adjusted automatically according to user's actual RPM
input value.
5. WATT LEVEL also can be readjusted manually during workout (Drawing 15).
6. Press START/STOP button to pause workout. Press RESET to reverse
to main menu.
