HORIZONTAL PLANE
Note: Users may want to set the Digital
Angle Detector flat on the horizontal work
surface such as the table of a table saw,
miter saw, or the bed of a milling machine
to confirm that the surface is level.
Relative Measurement
1. Place the bottom face of the Digital Angle
Detector flat onto the surface which will
act as the reference plane.
2. After positioning the device, press the
"Calibrate" button. This will zero the
display screen and put the device into a
state of relative angle measurement.
3. Once properly calibrated, transfer the
cube onto the second surface to be
measured. The display will now show
the angle between the two surfaces.
4. Press and hold the "CALIBRATE" button
for 3–5 seconds to switch back to
absolute angle measurement.
