Indication Arrows: Vertical arrows located
on both sides of the display screen will
appear when the device is not level with the
reference plane. The direction of the arrows
indicates the direction in which the device
is being rotated. Tilt the Digital Angle
Detector in the opposite direction to reach 0°.
Display Flip: The display screen will
automatically flip 180 when the Digital
Angle Detector is inverted giving users the
ability to view output angles in hard to read
situations.
BATTERY REMOVAL:
To remove batteries use your finger to
remove the plastic cover by prying
outwards. If you are unable to accomplish
this by using your finger, try using an object
with a pointed tip such as a small flathead
screwdriver.
CAUTIONS:
1. Don't clean this precision unit with
organic solvent. Keep it away from water
and corrosive chemicals.
2. Remove any dirt from the work surface
with a soft cloth in order to maintain
measurement accuracy.
3. While using, the Digital Angle Detector
will shut down if the unit's buttons are
not pressed within 3 minutes in order to
save power.
4. ERROR (Err): Using the front display face
as a reference, the Digital Angle Detector
will function properly when users rotate
the device to the left or right around a
single axis. If the display is tilted away or
towards oneself the Err message will
appear indicating that the instrument is
out of the correct orientation.
