Read these directions for use carefully before using.

Keep these directions for use where they will be
accessible for all users.
`
`
Failure to comply with the directions for use shall
render all warranty conditions null and void and
may lead to personal injury and material damage.
`
`
The instrument must only be used by qualified
skilled employees.
`
`
The instrument is designed for use in industry, labo-
ratories and science. The instrument is not suitable
for any application in private or public spaces.
Safety instructions before using
`
`
Follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety
instructions of the medium you are filling.
`
`
Damage to the respiratory tract and other organs
due to escaping or off-gassing media. Fill only in
ventilated rooms or under a suitable exhaust hood.
Wear appropriate protective clothing.
`
`
When working with explosive substances, follow the
technical rules for combustible liquids (in accordan-
ce with TRBF – (German) Technical Rules on Com-
bustible Liquids) and wear appropriate protective
equipment (zone 0 and 1, see annex).
WARNING!
Possible sparking due to electrostatic discharge.
Danger of explosion if combustible liquids are
used.

Connect the earthing terminal before use (see
accessories).
`
`
Wear the necessary protective clothing.
`
`
The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and for its
designated purpose. Any other type of use will affect
the warranty/guarantee.
`
`
Not suitable for acetone.
`
`
Do not use any force when operating the instru-
ment.
CAUTION!
Escaping liquids due to falling over or tipping of
the instrument. Bodily injury due to escaping liquid
and damage to the instrument.
`
`
Ensure sufficient stability of the instrument.
`
`
Shut down and secure the instrument immedi-
ately.
`
`
Contact the dealer or manufacturer.
Safety instructions during and after use
`
`
The instrument is suitable for indoor use and ma-
nual operation.
`
`
Pump with manual operation. Not suitable for
continuous operation.
`
`
Pay attention to have sufficient space above during
the filling process (minimum height: height of the
maximum extended piston + 20 cm).
`
`
The instrument is not suitable for cleaning in a
dishwasher.
NOTE!
Pump and valves can be damaged or plugged by
dirt particles.
`
`
Do not fill off any polluted media.
`
`
Rinse the pump with a pH-neutral medium.
Layout and function
`
`
The instrument is made of conductive material
(stainless steel 1.4301).
`
`
The instrument is suitable for filling combustible liquids
in accordance with groups IIA and IIB (see annex).
`
`
The instrument is suitable for filling from containers
with a capacity of 60 - 1000 l into smaller containers.
`
`
The instrument is maintenance-free and suitable at
a temperature range from 0 to 60 °C.
Point out any damage in the packaging to the freight
forwarder/supplier immediately.

Possible electrostatic discharge. Danger of explosi-

Assembly
1. Screw the discharge hose onto the riser pipe .
2. Guide the barrel screw connection (accessory; not
included in delivery) and riser pipe with the
discharge tube into the container and screw it
together finger-tight.
3. If necessary adjust the riser pipe.
NOTE!
Ensure to use a fitting thread (see accessories).

Screw the thread by hand and without any
force.
