• NEVER PLACE YOUR HANDS INSIDE THE BLENDER JUG OR THE JUICER FILTER
• Do not use the juicer until the lid has been correctly placed .
• The citrus juicer is not suitable for juicing fruit which is too small;
• In case you should not be able to position the blender cup in place, slightly rotate the rubber joint at the
base of the cup.
• Do not use the appliance if the juicer filter is damaged or faulty
• Never blend dry ingredients (spices or dried fruit) or use when the container is empty
• Do not use the blender or the juicer as a container for keeping food. Always keep them empty before and
after use.
• Use the juice extractor only for a maximum of 15 minutes on time and rest.
• Do not fill the blender jug or the juicer above the level indicated (MAX); when using the mixing device,
which takes up space, fill up to several millimetres below the marked maximum level (MAX).
• Do not overfill the blender jug and check that the lid is on properly.
• To guarantee both blender and juicer durability, do not keep the appliance operative for more than 60
seconds at a time.
• Allow the appliance to cool down to room temperature after 5 consecutive cycles of operation with rest
period of 30 sec. between each cycle.
• If you want to blend solid and liquid foods together, first introduce the solid foods into the blender jug
making sure that they are suitably sliced and cut (for ex. food pieces should be no larger than a quarter
of an apple)and then introduce the liquid food never exceeding the maximum level which is marked
(MAX)
• Never blend a large solid mass of frozen food. Break the frozen food up into pieces before introducing it
into the blender jug.
• Never use the appliance if the blades are damaged.
• Never blend hot liquids.
• The blades are very sharp. Take care when cleaning.
• Do not detach the blender from the motor body, wait until the blades have completely stopped rotating.
• Switch the blender on only when the lid has been attached.
• Never use the mixing device until the blender jug lid has been attached.
• This appliance complies with the EEC 89/336 Directive with regard to electromagnetic compatibility.
• The blades are very sharp. Take care when cleaning.
• In the event that you decide to dispose of the appliance, we advise you to make it inoperative by cutting
off the power cord. We also recommend that any parts that could be dangerous be rendered harmless,
especially for children, who may play with the appliance or its parts.
• Packaging must never be left within the reach of children since it is potentially dangerous.
• To prevent accidents or damage to the appliance, always keep your hands and cooking utensils away
from the blades and moving parts.
