TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Lifting capacity: max. 550 kg
4 pivoting rollers
Roller width: 200 mm
Suitable for wheels up to 240 mm in width
OPERATION
1. NEVER exceed the maximum capacity of the wheel lifter. When assessing the weights of the vehicle, always
consider that the part accommodating the engine is definitely the heaviest.
2. Do not use the wheel lifter to lift the vehicle to work under it.
3. Do not start or move the vehicle using the gear while it is being supported by the wheel lifter.
4. Preferably use the wheel lifter on flat and hard grounds.
5. When pushing the vehicle, two people should be available, to hold up and stop its mass, which is loaded with
inertia while moved
INSPECTION
The general state of the wheel lifter should be checked before use; therefore, it is recommended that no defects
be found, including the following:
- clearly damaged welds
- bent, loose or missing parts
- visible damage of any type
OPERATIONS:
POSITIONING WHEEL LIFTER
To lift a wheel, the wheel lifter should be positioned with the rollers next to the tyre. (FIG. 1)
Place the L-shaped lever into position "A"; lift and rotate the pin placed in front of the pedal into position "E". This
results in smooth sliding, and the wheel lifter can be opened by hand, to its maximum opening.
Make sure that both pairs of rollers are centred on the tyre. (FIG. 2)
