STATEMENT OF USE
This product is designed for holding power tools
within the specified load / torque capacity.
No other use is permitted.
For professional use only.

TECHNICAL DATA

INSTALLATION
Attachment and balancing of the tool
(mounted on the ceiling)
● Attach the tool holder to the tool.
● Attach the tool holder to the arm.
● Attach a balancer to the arm with the balancer
kit (see page 4).
● Attach the balancer cable loop to the arm
hook (see page 4).
● Adjust the balancer setting to pull the shaft in
the carbon tube.
● Finally secure all the screws with the set
torque.
Torque arm attachment
● Make sure that the fixation support can
support the weight.
The fixation screw must be: Class 12.9
● Install the torque arm straight in front of the
operator.
● Search for the best ergomomic position.
Mounting on the ceiling:
The fixation point should be straight above or
placed as close as possible to the point where
the torque is applied.
● See page 19 how to fix the auxiliary cable to a
second attachment point.
● Adjust the balancer to set the prefered traction
force.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Maintenance should be performed by qualified
personnel only.
● Prior to any maintenance task:
- Disconnect the tool.
● Lubricate the bench stand pole with a
couple of drops of oil twice a year.
● Grease the spline shaft yearly with
ALVANIA EP GREASE 2 (Shelle).
The bushings on the arms do not need
any lubrication.
Assembly and disassembly
● Follow standard engineering practices and
refer to figures/exploded view for the mounting
of component subassemblies.
● Prior to putting the equipment back into
service, check that its main settings have not
been modified and that the safety devices
work properly.
When disposing of components,
lubricants, etc... ensure that the relevant
safety procedures are carried out.
According to Directive 2012/19/
CE concerning Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment (WEEE), this
product must be recycled.
