Steam cleaner
References 100195 and 100196 are practical, reliable,
safe and resistant steam generators with tank capacity of
3.5 and 5 liters respectively and a pressure of 4 bar. They
have been designed and built for use by dentists, dental
technicians and jewelers.
The tank is entirely made of stainless steel.
INSTALACIÓN
• Carefully unpack the apparatus. You will find a sup-
port bar for the gun and a funnel.
• Inspect visually, paying especial attention to possible
damage of the cable and steam hose.
• Choose a horizontal, flat and rigid base for the location
of the appliance, away from sources of heat or vibra-
tions, capable of supporting a load of 9 to 10 kg and
larger than the dimensions of the base of the device.
• Make sure that the vents of the appliance are free.
Keep them more than 15 cm from the wall or any other
object.
• Fix the steam gun support bar on its seat.
• Loosen the power cord wrapped around the device as
shown.
• Before connecting the appliance, check that the name-
plate indicates the correct voltage for the power sup-
ply.
• Connect the appliance to a grounded 220-230 V, 50/60
Hz outlet.
FILLING THE BOILER
1. Turn off the front panel switches.
2. Make sure the device is not plugged into a power out-
let.
3. Wait until the machine is cold and without pressure.
4. Turn counterclockwise to open the water tank cap by
5. Using the funnel and the measuring cup provided in
the set, fill the tank. Be careful to avoid overfill the
water tank. You can use the supplied measuring tube
as indicated below.
In order not to shorten the life of the appli-
ance, always use distilled water. Failure to
comply with this condition will void the
warranty of the device.
Warning: Do not use water containing perfumes, chem-
ical solvents or additives to remove limescale, as they can
damage the appliance. Use only distilled water.
Recommendation: Ready hot water can be used if avail-
able. In this way, the appliance will be ready to use in a
shorter period of time.
6. Dip the water level control tube supplied with the ap-
paratus perpendicularly into the water tank through the
hole until the bottom touches the bottom of the water
tank. Place your finger on the upper end of the pipe
and remove the pipe. Check the amount of water in the
tube, which indicates the level of water in the tank. If
the level exceeds the capacity of the device, remove
the excess amount.
7. Close the cap on the water tank, being careful not to
overtighten it.
Warning: In case of filling more than the water capacity
of the device, there will be no place for steam formation
and the water will drip from the steam gun.
8. Make sure the switches on the front panel of the device
are turned off. Connect the device to a suitable electri-
cal outlet.
