Cleaning and maintenance

Thoroughly clean the probe after each use to
prevent bacteria from growing on the probe.
Wipe the infrared sensor regularly with a
cotton bud dipped in isopropyl alcohol.
Store the meat thermometer in a dry, dust-
free location at -5 to +40 °C.
If you do not intend to use the meat
thermometer for a prolonged period, remove
the batteries before putting it into storage.
