CAUTION
This welding helmet does not provide unlimited face protection. For your own protection read these
instructions completely before using this face-protection.
REQUIREMENTS
This welding helmet complies with the requirements of the European Regulation (EU)
2016/425 by means of the European Standard EN166:2001, EN175:1997
STORAGE
When not in use, it is recommended to store the welding helmet in a clean and dry poly bag or case
for optimal protection.
DIRECTION FOR USE
1. This welding helmet has been designed for your personal safety. It must be worn for the whole
duration of exposure to hazards, leave the work area if dizziness or imitation occurs, or if the
welding helmet becomes damaged.
2. This welding helmet alone is not sufficient for protection during welding; you should always wear
additional protective equipment such as Leather apron, gloves.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To maintain your welding helmet in good condition:
1. Do not use abrasive materials, clean and rinse in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth.
2. Any part of face protector which is in contact with the wearer shall be disinfected by alcohol.
FIELD OF USE
This welding helmet is designed to protect the user against eye and face injuries through mechanical
impact. The welding helmet is marked on the ocular and the frame with a series of numbers and
symbols to indicate the manufacturer, the field of use, the protection capabilities and performance
characteristics of the face-protector.
