INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (Continued)
4.
From underneath the sink, secure the faucet body (A) to the
sink using the rubber washer (AA), metal washer (BB), and
locking nut (CC). Tighten using the hex bolts (DD). Check
the position of the faucet and hand tighten until the faucet is
securely mounted. NOTE: It is helpful to have a second person
hold the faucet in place while tightening the hex bolts (DD).

5.
Attach the end of the hot water (red stripe) and cold water (blue
stripe) supply lines coming from the faucet body (A) to the hot
and cold water supply valves (5.2) under the sink, after making
sure the supply valves (5.2) are clear of any debris. Thread the
nut on the end of the integrated supply line (5.1) onto the outlet
of the water supply valve (5.2) and tighten with a wrench. Do
not overtighten.
NOTE: Do not use PTFE pipe tape, plumber's putty, pipe dope,
or any other type of sealing compound on the water inlets or
threads. Additional compound is not necessary. A watertight seal
between the supply valve and the nut on the integrated supply
line is achieved by compression.
6.
Once the installation is complete, remove the sprayhead
(6.1) from the spout (6.2) on the faucet body (A) to flush the
water lines. Turn on the water supply and allow both hot and
cold water to run for at least one minute to flush away debris
that could cause damage to internal parts. While the water is
running, check for leaks. If leaks occur, gently tighten the nut on
the connection that is leaking. Turn off the water and screw the
sprayhead (6.1) back onto the spout (6.2) of the faucet body (A).
