ENG - WARRANTY CONDITIONS
This product is guaranteed free from defects in material or workmanship for a period
of two years from date of purchase by the end user. This excludes any consumables
provided with, or inside, the product where the warranty period is 90 days (e.g.
cleaning materials; batteries - rechargeable and non-rechargeable; etc.). Gallagher
will repair or replace at their option any faulty product returned to them or their
Dealer within this time period. Exchange modules are guaranteed for 90 days from
date-of-fitting.
This warranty does not cover damage due to: incorrect input voltage, contamination
by battery acid, physical mishandling, lightning strike, water immersion, damage
to external wiring. Gallagher, their Distributors and their Dealers accept no
responsibility for the misuse of this product or for any accident caused by tampering
with or modification to or misuse of this product. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
ESP - CONDICIONES DE LA GARANTÍA
Se garantiza este producto frente a defectos en el material o en la mano de obra
durante un periodo de un año a partir de la fecha en que el usuario final compró el
producto. Quedan excluidos los consumibles que vengan con el producto o en su
interior, para los que la duración de la garantía es de 90 días (p. ej. materiales de
limpieza, baterías recargables y no recargables, etc.). Gallagher reparará o sustituirá
a su discreción todo product defectuoso devuelto a la empresa o a un agente dentro
del plazo indicado. Los módulos intercambiables tienen una garantía de 90 días a
partir de la fecha de instalación.
Esta garantía no cubre los daños provocados por: una tension de entrada incorrecta,
contaminación por el ácido de la batería, una manipulación física indebida, la caída
de un rayo, la inmersión del producto en agua y el cableado externo. Ni Gallagher,
ni sus distribuidores ni sus agentes aceptan responsabilidad alguna por el uso
indebido de este producto ni por accidente alguno provocado por la manipulación,
modificación o uso indebido de este producto. Lo anterior no afecta a los derechos
que la ley le confiere.
