3. Assemble the main "Man" with the "half tube"
sections on either side, using the nuts, bolts and
washers supplied. Note that at the top you must
slot in the bearing support the correct way up.
This will rest on the top bearing when complete,
allowing the man to swing freely on the shaft.
Ensure that you add in the spacers at the bottom
end of the assembly, shown in the diagram.

ASSEMBLY AND USE

1. Assemble the 4 Gusset sections into the Hunter
base. This is done by rotating them into place as
shown by the photos. It is easiest to assemble and
stand the finished assembly on a flat surface as it
is being put together. Assemble the retaining ring
on top of the four ends of the Gussets by aligning
and sliding onto the top section of the gussets as
shown. Grasping the complete assembly, so it does
not slide apart, slide down onto the main shaft
so that the Hunter base sits on top of the welded
washer on the main shaft.
2. Slide one of the Bearing sleeve assemblies (they
are both the same) onto the top of the main shaft
Bend back tails
on split pin
and slide down onto the previously assembled
gusset section. Lock in position with the provided
R-Clip, sliding it through the pre-drilled holes in
bearing sleeve and shaft. The main shaft assembly
can then be completed by adding the other Bearing
sleeve assembly to the top end of the shaft and
retaining with the split pin. This needs bending
once in position close to the shaft.
