Step 6: Attach panel C to panels E with 4 KD screws as shown in Fig. F.
Step 7: Attach panel A to panels C, F and G with 4 KD screws
as shown in Fig. G.
FirEPlAcE iNSErt iNStAllAtiON
The fireplace insert can be installed after the mantel has been fully assembled.
WARNING: Make sure the fireplace insert controls are in the OFF position and
the unit is not plugged in.
Step 1: Attach 2 large L brackets [Q] to each side of the fireplace insert with small
screws [T], washers [P] and nuts [R]. See Fig. H.

Step 2: Carefully place the insert into the unit opening. The front of insert should be
flush with the front of the mantel. See Fig. I.
Step 3: Once the insert is in place, attach 4 short KD screws [U] to the top side of
fireplace insert. Attach 2 medium KD screws [V] to the large L brackets. See
Fig. J.
