Accessory Splash Guard Front Kit

Left Hand Splash Guard

#10 x 19mm Screws
M5 x 20mm Screws
M5 Spring Clip
Alcohol Wipes
Instruction Sheet
Tools Required:
#2 Phillips Screwdriver
3/32" (2.5mm) Drill Bit/Drill
Center Punch/Hammer
Clean Cloth/Rag
NOTE: Turning of front wheels to the left or right will allow for additional
clearance when installing the splash guards.
Installation Procedure
1. Clean and degrease body panel where splash guard is to be
located.
2. Using alcohol wipes, clean area to be taped.
3. Parts and vehicle temperature must be between 60°F and 109°F
(15°C and 43°C).
4. Remove existing push pin, Location B, and discard.
5. Push liner inward and install supplied M5 spring clip over location
B with turned up edge on inside of panel. See Figures 1 and 2.
6. Mount splash guard and install supplied M5 screw in location B
while holding part up and into body panel. See Figure 1.
7. While holding splash guard firmly against body panel, mark and
drill 3/32" (2.5mm) center pilot holes in location A, C and D. See
Figure 1.
8. While holding splash guard firmly against body panel, install
supplied #10 screw in locations A, C, and D. Do Not Overtighten.
See Figure 1.
9. Push forward on splash guard and pull tape liner off and apply
20-30 pounds of pressure along tape length to ensure contact.
10. Repeat procedure for other side.
11. Guards can be cleaned with any commercially available cleaner.
