SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Safety guidelines of the control system
Intended use
The control system is exclusively intended to move sliding doors for wardrobes or for walk-in closets. The maximum weight limit of
each door, unless otherwise noted, is specified on the technical datasheet of each compatible sliding system. The system must be
positioned at an inaccessible height for the user during the normal use.
System restrictions
The control system cannot be used with products out of the ones allowed by the produ-
cer.
In any case the producer is not responsible for improper installation and use.
The system must be used only with the control unit supplied by the producer.
The system must be used only with the power unit supplied with the control unit.
The transmission system must be positioned at an inaccessible height for the user
during the normal use, keep the minimum safety high of 2.5 mt.
Stowing or placing or mounting any kind of material on the top of the furniture, except
for the sliding system and the control system itself, is strictly forbidden.
Failure to respect this indication can irreversibly damage the system and determine a
dangerous condition for the user.
Use environment of the system
The control system is designed, realized and tested for domestic use, in accordance with DIN 60335. The system is realized with all the
safety equipment in accordance with DIN 60335. Keep the system at a use temperature compatible with domestic environment, free from
interfering material and protected against impact.
Risk evaluation activity during the project design
During design activity have been evaluated severe and low risks.
To ensure the user's safety have been applied preventive actions.
Due to this, following the use and installation instructions is mandatory.
The following risks have been evaluated: shear and collision risk; environmental agents' alteration and impact
during transport; alteration after impact during installation and maintenance; unintentional emission, trans-
mission and reception of electromagnetic signals; electric shock risk; wear risk; overheating and fire risk;
malfunctioning after wrong installation risk.
Risk of injury caused by automated door movement
Despite the risk of crushing and shearing, injuries are prevented, during normal operation, by the optimization of parameters based
on the safety and functionality of the system. There are indirect variables that can compromise the smooth operation of the hardware
and the software, as examined in case of failure of electronic components. In order to bring the risk caused by the automatic handling
of the doors to an acceptable level, the system was designed by combining electromechanical components capable of exerting, when
out of control, a maximum force of 200N measured in the operating range of the end user. This value was considered acceptable
because it does not represent a real risk of injury to people or pets.
The system put out of control can generate that force just in the case, considered rare, in which failure occurs during the motion of a
door and only until it reaches the mechanical stop. After the fault, the system blocks and goes out of service.
Limitation of liability
Using and operating the control system in accordance with the technical datasheet of each compatible sliding system is mandatory.
Any variation, manipulation, change of environment of use or improper application exclude the manufacturer from any liability for
direct or indirect damage.

Installation instructions

Following the Installation instructions of each control system compatible sliding system is mandatory, to ensure the right functioning
and prevent wrong installation.
Control unit restrictions
The control and adjustement of the motion trasmission must be operated only by the supplied control units. Other uses of the mecha-
nical and electrical parts can generate electric and mechanical severe risks.
Use warning
Before any operation out of normal use on the control system unplug the power unit of the system from any electricity source.
The power unit of the system must be unplugged during installation, cleaning, inspection and disassembly as well. Do not insert
fingers in proximity of the transmission bar, and/or in any opening of the system in general. In case of on-site application protect the
system from dust, shavings or any other element could damage the system. Keep away any kind of liquid from the system.
