2. Ensure sufficient air circulation at the rear of the appliance. Do not place the
appliance against a wall to avoid noise caused by vibration. Make sure that the air
can still circulate freely around the appliance. Insufficient ventilation would result in
malfunction and increased energy consumption. Leave a space of at least 10 cm
between the appliance and the wall, and at least 30 cm between the top of the
appliance and the ceiling.
3. Leave enough space to access and open the door easily (Fig. 12). If necessary,
change the direction of door opening as described below.
4.3 Level feet
If the appliance tilts in some way, adjust the height of the left/right foot (6) of the appliance
to be in a horizontal level.
Turn the foot (6) clockwise or counter clockwise to adjust the height (Fig. 1).
Note: If the appliance is not level, the door and the door seal will not be closed properly.

4.4 Reversing door

Warning!
Unplug the appliance from the power socket when reversing the door opening
direction (Fig. 2).
Warning!
During this procedure, be sure to keep all components together and out of the
reach of children.
1. Secure the door with strong adhesive tape (Fig. 3).
2. Use a screwdriver to remove the top cover (Fig. 4).
3. Gently remove the top cover (Fig. 5).
4. Loosen the bolts on the top hinge using a socket wrench (Fig. 6).
5. Remove the adjustable leg (7) and the bottom hinge using a socket wrench (Fig. 7).
6. Install the top and bottom hinges as well as the adjustable leg on the opposite side of
the door using a socket wrench (Figs. 8, 9, 10).
7. Replace the top cover and secure it with the screws removed previously (Fig. 11).
8. Remove the adhesive tape.

5. USE

5.1 First use

Before using the appliance for the first time, wash the interior and all internal accessories
with lukewarm water and some neutral soap so as to remove the typical smell of a brand
new product, then dry thoroughly.
Important!
• Do not use detergents or abrasive powders, as these will damage the finish.
• After transport, unpacking and installation, let the appliance rest at least 2 hours in
vertical position before connecting to the power supply.
• Let the appliance run for at least 2 hours before inserting fresh or frozen foods.

5.2 Temperature setting

1. Turn the thermostat control knob (3) to the desired position. Position 6 is for the
coldest temperature, position 1 the least cold, and the OFF position turns the
appliance off. To stop the refrigerator completely, unplug it from the power socket (8).
2. The temperature inside the appliance depends on several factors, such as the room
temperature, the amount of food stored, how often the door is opened, and so on.
Adjust the temperature control knob accordingly.
