8E - REPLACING OF THE BLADE
WARNING!
THIS OPERATION MUST BE PERFORMED EXCLUSIVELY BY SPECIALISED AND

WARNING!
BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATION, UNPLUG THE MACHINE.
To replace the blade, follow the instructions below:

• Unfasten the ring (5) and remove the lid (5) (photo B);
• Remove the sieve (9) by unscrewing the nuts (8 and 10) with the wrench (12);
• Remove the nut that secures the blade (11) to the motor shaft (photo H);
• Remove the blade (11) taking care not to lose the washers;
• Replace the blade (11) with an original spare;
• Reinsert the washers, the blade (11) and the nut (photo H);

• Reassemble the mill carefully;
• Reposition the lid (3) and fasten the ring (5) (photo C).
8F - REPLACEMENT OF THE MOTOR CARBON BRUSHES
WARNING!
THIS OPERATION MUST BE PERFORMED EXCLUSIVELY BY SPECIALISED AND
AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.

WARNING!
BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATION, UNPLUG THE MACHINE.
To replace the brushes, follow the instructions below:
• Remove the hopper (1) by unscrewing the screws that secure it to

the grinding unit (fig. G);
• Unfasten the ring (3) and remove the lid (5) (photo B);
• Remove the sieve (9) by unscrewing the nuts (8) and (10) with the
wrench (12);
• Remove the partition (photo I);
• Unscrew the nuts that secure the lid of the bin to the central cylinder

• Remove the central cylinder, thus uncovering the engine compartment;
• Remove the spring (C) that blocks the brush;
• Remove the brush plug (D) from its pin;
• Remove the worn-out brush;
• Repeat the same operation on the second brush on the opposite

• Make sure that the new brushes are mounted correctly;
• Reassemble the machine following the disassembly procedure in
reverse.
