Quality control

Check the appearance of the cut flowers once the trimming process is finished. If the result obtained is not as
desired, put them back into the container.
If the cutting time has increased or the quality of the flowers has deteriorated compared to previous batches, check
that the machine does not require levelling, adjustment or cleaning of the blade. Later sections of this manual
describe all of these processes in detail.
Removing material from the bag
First, press the ON/OFF switch on the machine to switch it off.

Then disconnect it from the electricity supply by unplugging
it. IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
ON/OFF
Remove and empty the contents of the bag. The bag can be

washed in a washing machine, or by soaking it with the Master
Clean liquid from the cleaning kit and scrubbing it by hand.
IMPORTANT: Never remove the upper protective grid from the blades until the movement of the blades has
stopped.
Safety
The MT Professional 50 and 75 machines are equipped with a safety device that guarantees the protection of the
operator during use. It consists of a push button micro switch. When the grid is positioned and fixed correctly, the
micro switch is depressed, allowing the machine to be turned on. As soon as the grid is removed, the push button
changes position and when these two elements are no longer in contact, the machine switches off automatically.

Pull the bag upwards at first to unhook the ring from the supports

and then downwards to remove it.
Once the cleaning/maintenance operations have been carried out,

replace the bag by reversing the previous steps.
