Cleaning the blades and the grid

Warning: To carry out this operation, it is essential to wear protective gloves and follow the safety recommendations
since you will be working in direct contact with the blades.
First, press the ON/OFF switch on the machine to switch it off.

Then disconnect it from the electricity supply by unplugging
it. IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
Open the four latches of the grid to remove it and access the

blades.
Proceed with cleaning and/or maintenance operations. Hold

the blades in the centre to avoid being cut. It is very important
to remove the embedded material at the bottom of the blades.
The accumulation of raw material debris in this area drastically
reduces the cutting efficiency of the blades.
For a finer cut, after cleaning we recommend spraying the blades with vegetable oil.
To reassemble the MT Professional 50 and/or 75, position the

blades as shown in the following image. Fix them with the screws
previously removed and with the help of the Allen key No. 4 (O).
Loosen the side retaining knobs (F) that fix the container to the

body of the machine. Then remove the container (B).
Unscrew and remove the bolts that link the blades to the

motor shaft using Allen key No. 4 (O). Then remove the
blades. IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
Thoroughly clean the grid by spraying with water, preferably hot,

or Master Clean liquid. Take advantage of the current condition of
the machine to clean the interior area.
Replace the grid back on top and fasten it with the four latches.
