FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: Our goods come with guarantees
that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You
are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for
compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount
to a major failure.
REQUESTING WARRANTY AND OTHER WATCH REPAIR:
Should you require work under warranty, please send in your watch,
a copy of your sales receipt and/or the warranty booklet with dealer
stamp and a description of the problem to the authorized international
watch service center closest to you (see enclosed list of addresses).
For service work that is not covered under this warranty, the service
center may perform the services you request for a charge dependent
on watch style and type of work requested. These charges are subject
to change.
Do not send original packaging, as it will not be returned. Michael Kors
highly recommends you insure your parcel and adequately protect the
watch during shipment. Michael Kors is not responsible for product lost
or damaged during shipment.
For repairs of your MICHAEL KORS watch we recommend that you
contact an authorized Michael Kors dealer or the authorized international
watch service center closest to you (see enclosed list of addresses).

Il vostro orologio MICHAEL KORS è garantito da Michael Kors Watches*
per un periodo di due (2) anni dalla data di acquisto secondo i termini
e le condizioni della presente garanzia. La garanzia di Michael Kors
contempla i difetti dei materiali e di lavorazione. Quale prova d'acquisto
è richiesta la copia dello scontrino fiscale o il timbro del rivenditore sul
libretto della garanzia.
Durante il periodo di validità della garanzia, gli unici componenti
contemplati dalla presente garanzia sono il meccanismo dell'orologio,
le lancette e il quadrante. Un componente contemplato dalla garanzia
verrà riparato gratuitamente o si provvederà alla sostituzione
dell'orologio se vengono rilevati difetti di fabbricazione o nei materiali
in condizioni normali di utilizzo.
In caso di sostituzione, Michael Kors non può garantire che riceverete
un orologio dello stesso modello. Se il modello richiesto non fosse
disponibile, sarà sostituito con un orologio di uguale valore e stile
analogo. La garanzia dell'orologio sostituito avrà una durata di due (2)
anni dalla data di ricevimento dell'orologio sostituito.
LA PRESENTE GARANZIA NON COPRE QUANTO SEGUE:
• Difetti di fabbricazione e nei materiali della batteria, della cassa, del
cristallo, del cinturino o del bracciale.
• Danni risultanti da uso non corretto, mancanza di cura, incidenti o
normale usura
