1.
Select a location on front or rear of safety cage to
install light.
2. Secure the 360° mounting pedestal directly to cage
with one bolt and nut. (See Figure 1)

NOTE: If no pre-existing hole on top of forklift
cage, use H-6391 Universal Mounting Bracket.

WARNING! DO NOT drill a hole through the

warranty.

3. Use one bolt and nut to secure light to pedestal.
Do not fully tighten. (See Figure 2)

4. Angle so light projects at least 12 ft. in front of or
behind truck, depending on direction mounted.
Fully tighten light in place. (See Figure 3)
