Trouble Shooting
PROBLEM
Problems changing
channels
No response after
pressing a key
SELECT button not
responding
Flashing Indicator

Sleep feature does
not work
NOTE: Reprogramming may be required
after batteries are removed.
SOLUTION
If your original remote
required ENTER
after a channel, press
ENTER after you
select a channel.
A) Make sure you
have new batteries
and you are aiming
your remote at your
device.
B) Check that batteries
are properly installed.
Try using the DIS-
PLAY button to make
the selection while in
the Program Guide.
Invalid Code for the
device. Check the
Code list and repro­
gram the Remote
Control.
Remote must remain
aimed at television
after sleep is set in
order for it to work.
